**ReWardy Scanning Kiosk - Terms and Conditions of Use**

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk provided by ReWardy.co.uk. By using the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk, the Partner agrees to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. **Kiosk Responsibility:**

   1.1 The Partner is responsible for the care, maintenance, and security of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk provided.

   1.2 The Partner shall ensure the kiosk is used in accordance with the provided guidelines and for legitimate business purposes related to the ReWardy Loyalty & Reward scheme.

2. **Damages and Loss:**

   2.1 The Partner acknowledges that any damages or loss to the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk during the term of use will incur a charge of £150.00.

   2.2 Damages include but are not limited to physical damage, malfunctions, and any alterations or modifications made to the kiosk without prior written consent from ReWardy.

3. **Security Measures:**

   3.1 The Partner agrees to implement appropriate security measures to protect the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk from theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.

   3.2 In the event of any security concerns, the Partner shall immediately notify ReWardy.

4. **Installation and Removal:**

   4.1 The Partner is responsible for the proper installation and removal of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk.

   4.2 Installation must be carried out by authorized personnel, following the guidelines provided by ReWardy.

5. **Usage Guidelines:**

   5.1 The ReWardy Scanning Kiosk shall only be used for its intended purpose within the context of the ReWardy Loyalty & Reward scheme.

   5.2 The Partner agrees not to use the kiosk for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.

6. **Liability:**

   6.1 ReWardy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by the Partner or any third party as a result of the use or non-availability of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk.

   6.2 The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold ReWardy harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the kiosk.

7. **Termination of Use:**

   7.1 ReWardy reserves the right to terminate the Partner's use of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk at any time, with or without cause.

   7.2 Upon termination, the Partner shall promptly return the kiosk to ReWardy in its original condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

8. **Payment for Damages or Loss:**

   8.1 The Partner agrees to make payment of £150.00 for any damages or loss incurred during the use of the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk.

   8.2 Invoices for damages or loss charges will be issued by ReWardy and are due within 15 days of the invoice date.

By using the ReWardy Scanning Kiosk, the Partner acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the obligations and responsibilities outlined herein.
